What makes Grand Central Lofts different from other lofts and condos?

What parking facilities are available at Grand Central Lofts?
Each condo has pre-designated parking assignments. Most one-bedroom condos are assigned one stall, some are assigned two stalls. All two-bedroom condos are assigned two stalls. The assigned parking stalls should be located near the elevator closest to your condo.
Where can guests park?
There are several parking spaces in the front and on both sides of the building. Guests may only park in the uderground garage if the resident they’re visiting has one of their stalls available.
How is the main building secured?
The main building doors are always locked. Entry into the building is only granted when homeowners use an electronic key fob assigned to them by the HOA.
How do guests gain access into the building without residents having to meet them at the front door?
A keypad located in the main entry corridor allows for a guest to call a homeowner who can then enter a PIN number from their phone and grant their guest access.
Does each condo have an individual Security System?
Yes, a Home Security System is already installed in every condo. Each homeowner has the option to purchase and activate their separate security system if they choose.
Are pets allowed in Grand Central Lofts?
Yes, domestic animals are allowed (dogs, cats, etc)
Can I have a party at the Community Center?
Yes, all you need to do is call the HOA contact to make arrangements and make sure the facility is available. The best part is, IT'S FREE!
How long does it take to drive to the Mall of America and MSP Airport?
The drive to both the Mall of America and MSP Airport is 30 minutes.
How long does it take to get to the Twin Cities?
Without traffic, it’s less than 15 minutes to the heart of downtown Minneapolis and only 20 minutes to downtown St. Paul.
Where is the nearest grocery store?
The closest Target is located right off of Central Ave. 5 minutes away.
What parks, lakes & recreation activities are nearby?
While there is a number of public parks and recreational areas nearby some of the closest parks to Grand Central Lofts are Kordiak County Park which is a 29-acre park that is maintained as a natural retreat for residents and visitors. This park is a popular place for walking, nature observation, picnics, and weddings. The waterfall display is a popular destination. The park offers excellent urban wildlife settings. Locke County Park in Fridley offers several picnic areas, as well as playground equipment and a paved biking & hiking trail. St. Anthony Parkway Park is a 2.3 acre dog park that is south of St. Anthony Parkway, across the street from the Columbia Golf Learning Center. In addition to parks we have two fabulous golf courses located less then 15 minutes away, Columbia Golf Course as well as Francis A. Gross Golf Course.

You can purchase a condo by filling out a Purchase Agreement at the Community Center with our Grand Central Lofts sales representative or your real estate agent if you are working with one.
